Our Chairman, Kristian Odebjer, went on a spectacular adventure traveling from Hong Kong to Chiang Mai earlier this year. Instead of the more conventional way of traveling, via airplane, he decided to try a different route – by road and railway.
In the June edition of Post Magazine, Mr. Odebjer’s story is featured on the cover page. He writes about his trip on Chinese-built railways, then by road, which went mostly smoothly with a few bumps along the way. With a total of 2,400 km of distance, Mr. Odebjer went on a great adventure that kickstarted his, in contrast, calm vacation in Chiang Mai with his wife. Traveling through various landscapes – urban cities to rural villages, limestone hills and meandering rivers – with interesting human interactions made the journey unique and quite fantastic.
